Freedom Freight is structured into 4 core teams that offer a customer experience not found anywhere else.

Business Development Team

Our Business Development Reps are responsible for building trust and confidence with new customers. The BDR works as a consultant- understanding a customer’s needs and creating custom-tailored solutions that deliver reliable results.

Account Management Team

Account Managers build on the relationships established by the BDRs. Their responsibility is to nurture and further develop accounts and are liaisons between our customers and our connected supply chain network.

Carrier Sales Team

The Carrier Sales team is responsible for building our ever-growing network of carriers across the nation. They vet new carriers, build relationships with them, and apply their experience and knowledge to match client tenders with the right carrier.

Freight Management Team

Our Freight management team removes the need for clients to have their own in-house logistics team. This team operates on a level of awareness that means they solve problems, typically, before the client even becomes aware the problem even existed.
